Ingredients
1 ½ tablespoon Just add coffee – Almond Vanilla Latte
¼ cup strong brewed espresso or dark roast coffee
1 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
1 tbsp agave syrup
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, agave syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract over medium heat and bring to boil.Â
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir constantly to combine well.
Remove from heat, then add ‘Just add coffee – Almond vanilla latte’, espresso and vanilla extract.Â
Place mixture in a blender or using frother, blend on high until smooth.Â
