1. Combine coconut oil, almond milk, and protein powder into a bowl and whisk well. Transfer mixture into shell molds and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
2. In a blender combine bananas, water, and blue matcha powder. Blend until smooth and pour into bowls of choice.
3. Swirl in coconut cream and add puffed millet, coconut flakes, and blueberries. Pop shells from molds and place in smoothie bowl. Serve and enjoy
